RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Every order is backed by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your LumoraFix Lumbar Support Belt for any reason, just reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll take care of it — no stress, no hassle.
HOW WE HANDLE RETURNS — NO NEED TO SHIP IT BACK
Because of our streamlined fulfillment process, we don't ask customers to ship items back. Instead, we resolve every issue quickly and fairly through one of three options:
✔ Full Refund
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was advertised, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. You don't need to return the product.
✔ Free Replacement
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll send you a brand-new replacement at no extra cost. You keep the original — no shipping required from your side.
✔ Partial Refund
For minor issues where you'd like to keep the item, we may offer a partial refund as a fair middle ground.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video showing the problem (when possible)
We respond within 24 hours, and most cases are fully resolved within 3 to 5 business days.
REFUND PROCESSING TIMES
Once your refund is approved, here's what to expect:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing on our end takes 5–10 business days
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account

✔ Eligible for refund or replacement:

✘ Not eligible for refund:
- Final sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear

EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. Just email us at contact@lumorafix.com and we'll process it under the same hassle-free policy.
