SHIPPING POLICY

At LumoraFix, we want every order to reach you smoothly — and we're transparent about how long that takes. Below is everything you need to know about how, when, and where we ship.


WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to customers across the United States, including Puerto Rico and U.S. territories. International shipping may be available in the future — stay tuned.


PROCESSING TIME

Once your order is placed, our team processes it within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, including tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.


SHIPPING TIME

Standard shipping to the United States: 14 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location, the carrier, and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or customs processing. We do everything we can to keep shipping on schedule, but please allow up to 14 business days before reaching out about a delay.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Promotions like free shipping may apply during certain campaigns and will be reflected automatically when active.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package every step of the way.

If you don't see a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at contact@lumorafix.com — we'll get you your tracking number right away.


DELAYS AND ISSUES

While most orders arrive on time, occasionally things slip outside our control:

- Carrier delays
- Severe weather
- High-volume shopping seasons (Black Friday, holidays)
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@lumorafix.com so we can help track it down and resolve it quickly.


WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we cannot update the address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package:

- Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, neighbors, building lobby)
- Contact your local carrier with the tracking number
- Reach out to us at contact@lumorafix.com — we'll help investigate and find a resolution

We stand by every order. If a package is genuinely lost in transit, we'll work with you to either reship or refund under our Refund Policy.


DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If your package arrives damaged, please:

1. Take clear photos of the package and product
2. Email us within 48 hours at contact@lumorafix.com
3. Don't worry about returning it — we'll handle the rest under our Refund Policy

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For domestic U.S. orders, no customs fees apply. Any applicable sales taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination.
